The depth of the software and your business requires week long chunks of time to get through the information. Typically timelines include approximately one week on Estimating and / or one week on Production; moving methodically through the related processes beginning to end. For implementations with a more experienced team, schedules can be structured to focus on specific areas you want to review and improve. After an initial week of training, support can shift to scheduled online meetings to answer simple process questions. These meetings can be tailored to your needs, from short one-hour sessions to in-depth multi-day workshops to foster continued growth. As we grow we will continue to offer services to meet needs of our clients.
